Dave,
I put in a support ticket. It appears to have been offline for a few arrows now. Until it get's resolved there is nothing I can do with it. FTP is down also.

It appears it will be down for a while. The server box is the problem, so I am assuming a hardware failure. They say their technicians are working on it but they have no time frame of when it will be back up.
