the first one has some things across the screen i looked all around and it was there so i screen shot it

The first was probably due to Graphics card GPU artifacts which is either cause by High GPU temperatures (+65 c) or due to Graphics card Memory Errors.
There is a program produced by EVGA call Precision that can increase fan speed manually. Which might help to reduce GPU temperatures.

If it was memory errors, it is difficult to solve let alone determine. 3dmark vintage can help determine if errors are present, but usually requires the card to be RMA for repairs or replacement.
